Georgia bio winemaker Iago Bitarishvili in his wine basement. He lives in a village 55 km away from Gori. Here he is making his famous bio wine Chinuri. Now is the very time of winemaking in Georgia – late autumn. He is standing between his “qvevries” talking about his experience as a successful Georgian winemaker selling most of his wine abroad (including EU).
