Details: After a public quarrel between a judge and a family in Georgia punishment for one side was swift, and for the other may never come. Investigation regarding the case continued under two articles, one direction investigated the assumed pressure against judge and envisaged from 7 to 9 years of imprisonment for the family and on the other, an investigator has been studying the supposed battery of their child by the judge. After two years of investigation the case where judge is considered as a person who violated the underage child is still ongoing and closed for everybody, when the other case has already moved to the court.Experts believe that the judiciary system and court treat the secretary of the supreme council of justice involved in the incident with exceptional graciousness. The same judge was named among the members of the privileged group which exists within the judicial system, according to the research made by Transparency International-Georgia.
