Title: The New EU-Armenia Agreement: What is the Main difference?
Short summary: Armenia and the EU are preparing to sign a Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) in November of 2017. The CEPA or the Partnership Agreement is the so called “lighter version” of the previous agreement – The Agreement on Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), the negotiations over which were frozen in Autumn, 2013, when the Armenian president unexpectedly declared that the Republic of Armenia is going to join the Russia-led Customs Union․ In this article Ampop Media tried to find out what kind of relations will be formed by the both sides in the result of the ratification of Armenia-EU current agreement.
