Title: Femmes piégées en zone de transit

Short summary: Women’s migration has been growing steadily for several decades. Today, almost half of the 250 million legal or illegal immigrants in the world are women. Women tend to experience migration more severely. They frequently suffer sexual violence during their migratory journey and find it difficult to find employment in countries of transit, especially in the Arab world. Young and single, or already with a dependent family, an increasing number is struggling to survive, stuck in transit, in Tangier. What are their living conditions, what strategies do they adopt to survive, what means they have to leave the world, which they call “hell”?
