Details: | How do Sudanese women refugees live in Egypt? As they are not allowed to enter the formal labor market, they are therefore forced to work illegally, exposing them to different forms of exploitation. A woman is often the biggest victim of these situations, where asylum leaves a harsh impact on her life by finding herself the family breadwinner. Between economic pressures, work difficulties, psychological pressures, and being prey to marital violences, or future ambiguity, five Sudanese women tell their stories. |
