For all of you who haven’t had the chance to watch Bob’s Burgers just yet, we highly recommend this animated comedy series, which has given tough competition to shows like The Simpsons and South Park over the last decade. Bob’s Burgers Season 13 has been a great one, despite the two breaks taken by the show, it’s back and better than ever.

Here’s why you need to turn on your device and go watch Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12.

Bob's Burgers Season 13 Episode 12

Bob, Burgers and Boats Boats Boats

Bob’s Burgers Season 13 is back and we have all been waiting for this episode after the brief second break, but at least the wait is over now. We must admit, that over the thirteen seasons of Bob’s Burgers, there has often been a rise and fall in the quality and humor of the show, however, the writers have tried their best to always be consistent. While Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12 had a few good laughs sprinkled across the episode, it wasn’t the best of the lot, because out of all the episodes there have been some really good numbers, especially the one with the snowstorm, which was our personal favorite.

Nevertheless, we wouldn’t rank Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12 at the end of the list either, because it had some great moments and we’re here to talk all about them.

Bob, Burgers and Boats Boats Boats

Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12 was titled “Oh Row You Didn’t” and we were hoping that since Bob’s Burger is returning after a break and has officially completed 250 episodes that this one would be a little longer and maybe even celebratory, but that wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, it was a funny episode with some brilliant one-liners from start to finish.

The premise of this episode revolved around a man named Quincy who is rowing his boat from New Zealand to Nova Scotia and decides to stop in town for a burger. If there is anyone who can be enamored by Quincy and his willpower, it is Bob. As Bob’s family watches him have a moment over Quincy, whom he hadn’t heard of until today, Bob is prepping himself for this visit.

Quincy’s visit will be followed by a photo op and some press, both of which will be great for the restaurant. However, the visit doesn’t go exactly as planned.

Bob's Burgers Season 13

Quincy has a life-changing burger, and no one would have thought that burger would have been at Bob’s Burgers. One bite of the burger and Quincy decided that he was ready to quit rowing. This couldn’t have come at a worse time because Bob, Tina, Louise, Linda, and Gene weren’t ready for the bad press to come their way.

So, they try to lift Quincy’s spirits up and get him back to rowing, but he doesn’t seem to budge. Quincy is tired, wobbly, and hell-bent on quitting, while his boat at the beach is ready to be towed. Bob and Gene go rescue the boat, while the women try and help Quincy get through his interview.

Sometimes some of the best episodes in Bob’s Burgers are the ones where the family is separated because that means twice the fun for the viewers, and that is exactly what happened in Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12. It is always fun seeing the girls work together, and when they had to try and help a man who had no will to row, we did double down with laughter.

Meanwhile, any scene with Gene and Bob is brilliant, so when the two of them are put together, it is bound to get funnier, and that is exactly what happened when the father-son duo was out on the sea. Well, Bob learned the tough way that rowing isn’t as easy and fun as it might seem, and watching Bob row to the shore was more than enough to remind Quincy that he cared about his boat and rowing after all. The only person who didn’t have a happy ending was the reporter.

Gene and Bob

Even though Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12 was a good episode, it had something missing and that was Teddy. We are almost not used to episodes without Teddy, even if it is just a phone call or a small appearance from him. In fact, Teddy wasn’t even mentioned in this episode, and his absence was truly felt.

Hopefully, we get to see more of him in the coming episodes! We are also hoping for longer episodes in the future, although we doubt Bob’s Burger or Fox would steer away from the usual run time, although they might just be for a special episode.

 Bob's Burgers Season 13, Episodes

We highly recommend watching this season if you haven’t already, even if you have not watched the previous seasons. Each episode has something unique about them and almost always a different storyline unless it has been divided into two parts.

For all those wondering if Bob’s Burgers will be renewed for another season, we sadly don’t have any news about it just yet, but as soon as we do, you will read about it here first!

Conclusion

Bob’s Burgers Season 13, Episode 12 needs to be on your list right away, and now is the perfect time to catch up because the show is off the break and is ready to get started once again.
