It’s time to talk about one of the dark trio, wanna take a guess? Yup, it’s Chainsaw Man season 2. With the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 coming this July and Hells Paradise which is currently ongoing, the remaining is action-packed and the most awaited anime is none other than; Chainsaw Man.
Chainsaw Man Season 2 Release Date
Season 1 gave some amazing graphics and lovely characters unlike, Denji, and ended on a sad note. The fans are waiting for the next episode and want to know what’s the real truth behind all the killing going on. So today we have everything that you need to know about chainsaw man season 2.
The staff has not yet announced any official dates but the frequency of anime done by MAPPA has 3 year of gap. We can expect a movie in 2024 to keep the fanbase alive, just like it does for most of anime.
Chainsaw Man Season 1 Plot
Chainsaw Man is set in the modern era, where humanity is under direct threat from the devil as they appear from time to time and try to kill humans. But like every story with villains, some people are there to save people and here we have the devil hunter.
The story focuses on a guy named Denji who is very poor and has a lot of debt on his head, to pay for his debt he works all sorts of odd jobs and even kills the devils. One day he founds a dog with a chainsaw on its head. Denji names the dog Pochita and tells it his dreams, that he wants to eat delicious food, have a girl, and grab some boobs.
One day he gets a job, and after reaching the place he gets crowded by zombies who was controlled by none other than his boss. Denji was killed and thrown in a dumpster along with Pochita. Devil like Pochita needs human blood to work, and the blood of Denji fell in the mouth of Pochita.
Unlike another devil who asks for a great price to make a contract with a human, Pochita merges with Denji in return asks Denji to show the dream Denji always wished for. Denji gets revived and kills everyone. Soon he was found by Public Safety Branch which specializes in exterminating devils.
Chainsaw Man Season 2 Plot and Spoilers
Season 2 will pick off after the fight between chainsaw man and sword man. There will be a bounty placed on Makima and for which devils and devil hunters from all around the world will gather. We will see back-to-back fights and some unbelievable things.
In season 2, it will be revealed that; every devil who dies goes to hell and gets reincarnated, and the devil loses their memories, but; there is only one thing they remember, and that is the sound of Chainsaw.
Later on, it will also be revealed that; the main antagonist is Makima, who has a contract with the control demon, and her ultimate goal is to control the chainsaw man because her fear doesn’t work on him. If your heart got crushed when Himeno died, then; get ready because many main characters are going to die.
