The story heavily focuses on Zephyr the mercenary who gets reincarnated in another world. In this world, the dead people can be brought to life as “Dead Mounts” creatures possessing enhanced abilities and powers.
He learns that these Dead mounts will be used in a secret war and instead of being controlled by the organization, he controls them. He soon learns that Zephyr is also a dead mount. Zephyr is allowed to roam free and he meets a girl named Alice with whom he embarks on a journey to uncover secrets and find the truth about DeadMounts.
