Horimiya -piece- has arrived after a 1-year gap; Horimiya was one of the most watched anime in 2021 during COVID-19, yes! now it’s going to release a special movie. Miyamura’s cool entry and the adorable Hori-san’s tantrums will be etched in our hearts forever because of its miraculous performance and story.

Horimiya -Piece- Release Date
Horimiya is derived from to words “Hori and Miyamura” the manga is called Hori-san to Miyamura-kun which is written and illustrated by Hiroki Adachi, under the pseudonym Hero. The series was self-published and yet it created a buzz all over the internet with its comical and soothing elements allowing us to sit back and watch a wholesome rom-com while sipping a cup of coffee.
The anime adaptation was finally released in January 2023 by none other than Cloverworks studio which is known for its elite animators. But after watching the series, fans craved more! So finally their prayers got answered and the new Horimiya -piece- will premiere in July, the special series will animate the stories that were skipped or left out. So finally we have got something to wait for this July 2023.
The Horimiya anime series will be re-aired again in Japan, starting on April 22 at 24:00 (effectively, April 23 at midnight or April 22 at 11:00 a.m. EDT).
Horimiya Plot
The story follows two individuals, one is Kyoko Hori who is like a social bee, and her classmate Izumi Miyamura who is the opposite of her. We see both personalities taking off their masks when they are at home. Both individuals try to maintain their identity in school to keep their life free from troubles or catching unnecessary attention.
But when both of them discover each other’s real nature then they decide to keep it concealed from their friends. Their daily life gets entangled with each other as they assist each other to keep their identities secret.
