Akane one day meets him at the station, where he hands over the necklace which makes her cry as she walks away.
Looking at Akane Yamada gives her the umbrella as it was raining and lastly, we see her drunk and going to Yamada’s place with her best friend again. The silly gags in between are the best part of it. The pace feels natural and the episode ended with Yamada asking Akane to come online as Ruruhime was worried for her.

Is Yamada Dating Someone Else?
Now coming to the Loving Yamada at Lv999 Episode 3, it begins with Akane and her best friend attending a group date which seems like the worst idea as Akane feels frustrated and clueless while talking to the guy. On the other hand, we see her all excited when she logs into the game of Forest of Savior.
She eavesdrops on the conversation between Yamada and Rurhime in the game and assumes that the two of them might be dating in real life. She feels rattled and logs off, then even in college we see her fidgeting with her phone and spying on Yamada which indicates that she already has a crush on him.
Let’s be honest we too have a crush on Yamada now. Next, we see her stumbling upon the dating guy with whom she goes to the station and finds Yamada with another girl who appears to be a gothic lolita girl holding on to Yamada’s sleeve as they walked away. Akane felt restless and left for home.
Akane meets a Young Man
She receives a message from Ruruhime who tells her of her meeting with Yamada in real life and she asks Akane to meet for the cafe collab event. Even though Akane feels uneasy about it as she assumes both of them to be dating she agrees to join her.
The next day we see Akane reaching the place, a young man bumps into her and while picking up her phone he tells her that he knows the way to the event as he is also a player. Both of them go to the place together, but this is where the main story begins as we see the entry of new characters whose development will take place in the upcoming episodes.
Who is Ruruhime?
Akane finds Yamada and runs towards him, and she sees the gothic Lolita girl holding on to him, she assumes the girl to be Ruruhime while we think it’s the new guy who picked up her phone. The story will go upside down if Ruruhime starts to have feelings for Akane, evident by the way he treated her.
Although we didn’t see a hint of jealousy from Yamada’s side yet we hope to see his cute side in future episodes. Well, this is not the end, we get to see the scenes skipped in episode 2, the night when Akane stayed at Yamada’s place. Yamada took care of her and also stayed with her while she cried out holding onto him.
