It is always a bittersweet feeling when a series you have thoroughly enjoyed approaches its end, and that’s what we are feeling about Shrinking right now. Apple TV has produced and delivered some brilliant content this year, and one of our favorites has been Shrinking.
This series has been a rollercoaster ride and the season finale is almost here, which is why we’re here to tell you everything you need to know about it ahead of its release because you need to buckle in and prepare yourself for the best and worst case scenario.

What Has Happened in Shrinking So Far, and What Can You Expect from Episode 10?
Shrinking follows the story of Jimmy, a therapist who is grieving his wife, trying to navigate his relationship with his daughter, and also maintain relationships around him. Lucky for Jimmy, he doesn’t have to face life alone, which introduces us to the biggest and best support system we have seen on television so far.
While Jimmy might have been introduced as the main character, Shrinking focuses on the lives of Jimmy, Alice, Paul, Liz, Sean, and Gabby, whom we have all grown to love throughout the season, even though it took us a little while to warm up to Liz. Shrinking has been bittersweet, with some great moments that are accompanied by tearjerkers, especially in Episode 9. So, it is safe to say that the season finale will have a lot to live up to.
The official synopsis of Shrinking Episode 10 reads as follows: “Season finale. As Brian’s wedding approaches, Alice takes issue with how Jimmy is living his life. Liz learns a secret.”
This synopsis definitely has us hoping that the season finale will be a wedding episode, because who doesn’t love a dramatic wedding? Jimmy is supposed to officiate his best friend’s wedding, but is truly prepared for it? Or he is about to get drunk once again?
We are convinced that Jimmy and Alice’s relationship won’t be fixed in Shrinking Season 1, but we are hoping they make some progress. There could be one final showdown between Alice and Jimmy, which will bring the series in full circle, considering that’s how Shrinking began.
Liz also learns a secret, and we can’t help but wonder what that might be. Is it about Gaby and Jimmy sleeping together? Or is it something that could possibly end in a cliffhanger? We would love to know your guesses in the comments below!
Which Cast Members Can You Expect to See in Shrinking Episode 10?
Shrinking has a star-studded cast Jason Segel and Harrison Ford leading the series, and we simply can’t get enough of this duo, and undoubtedly, they will be a big part of Shrinking Episode 10, because the season finale would simply be incomplete without them.
Since it is the season finale, we can expect to see most of the cast joining in for the final episode, and that includes Jessica Williams, Christa Miller, Lukita Maxwell, Michael Urie, Luke Tennie, Ted McGinley, Devin Kawaoka, and Lily Rabe.
Lilan Bowden who plays the role of Tia will most likely be a part of some flashbacks, and if we’re lucky enough, we might witness the fight Jimmy and Tia had before Tia met with the accident.
