As of April, Netflix had not disclosed what it would do with Welcome To Eden Season 3 going forward. In other words, Welcome To Eden Season 3 has not been ordered. However, because the second season just came out, nobody should be concerned right now. The destiny of a show is often not decided by Netflix right away after a season premieres.
The massive streaming service will probably wait to see how many users tune in to the second season during its first month on the network. It is before deciding on whether to renew or cancel. Netflix will probably make its judgment after adding up the viewing hours from the first month.
Nevertheless, depending on how well the second season performs in its very first weeks, the show can be renewed for Welcome To Eden Season 3 pretty soon. The first season of Welcome to Eden debuted on May 6, 2022, and two days later, on May 25, a second season was ordered. In its first three weeks on the site, the first season maintained a high ranking on Netflix’s global Top 10 list for non-English TV.
As a result, Netflix decided to start a second season. If Welcome to Eden season 2 is as successful as Season 1, a third season of the show may be announced sometime in early May. Given that the second season has just recently been made available, this would be regarded as an early renewal.
The second season of “Welcome to Eden” concludes on a cliffhanger, just like the first. The audience is left with many unanswered inquiries. With Nuria’s assistance, Zoa and Bel intend to have Astrid killed. Bel and Zoa are forced to change their plans when the latter, together with Isaac, arrives at the module in the volcano crater. The result is their capture.
Following this, Zoa learns that the person who told Astrid about their plans was none other than Gaby, Zoa’s younger sister. Astrid and her husband have brainwashed Gaby in front of Zoa’s eyes, leaving the elder girl feeling powerless. Brisa and her allies land on the island just as Zoa and Bel are going to be executed.
There, just before the clash between the two sides, the season comes to an end. Astrid welcomes two newcomers into the neighborhood at the same time: Som and Gaby, who goes by the fictitious name Molly. It is revealed that Mr. Sisuk, the fiercest antagonist of Astrid’s father, is the father of Som.
Astrid will certainly discover how Som and Danae have deceived her in the next season 3. The truth of New Eden and if it is a real-world might, at last, be revealed to the viewers. A further revelation from the season 2 finale is that Africa is carrying Erick’s child. Astrid’s relationship with Erick is sure to be impacted by the fact that she is unable to have children of her own.
Zoa is played by Amaia Aberasturi in the show. Amaia is a Spanish actress best known for her work on the TV series 45 rpm and the 2020 thriller Coven. When Zoa received an invitation to a party on a covert island named Eden, she believed that she would finally find bliss.
Her pleasure, however, quickly turns into a nightmare when she wakes up after a wild night of partying to find that her friend has vanished. Gabi is portrayed by Berta Castaé. She is the younger sister of Zoa. Bajo sospecha, Big Band Clan, Com si fos ahir, Todos mienten, and El secreto de Puente Viejo are some of her other well-known works.
She began working for Les Enfants de l’Eden in 2013 as a young model. Later, she made her acting debut in a major television role. Africa is portrayed by Belinda Peregrin. Africa is a megastar and a popular social media influencer known to her fans as Afrilux. Bel is played by Begoa Vargas in the series.
Bel, a member of the Eden Foundation, gradually develops feelings for Zoa after she becomes her connection. Astrid is portrayed by Amaia Salamanca. Together with her husband Erick, Astrid launched the Eden Foundation 15 years ago. She asserts that they established the group as a kind of self-defense. Danae is portrayed by Luca Guerrero, and Som is portrayed by Nona Sobo.
As the series is not renewed yet for a season 3, there’s no release date currently. However, we’ll let you know everything when we have information about this.
Should this be renewed, the dramatic cliffhanger should be enough to keep viewers interested. However, it’s also disappointing that this one doesn’t come to a satisfying conclusion.
