We bet you missed him and his antics just as much as we did. Joe Goldberg is back with his cunning and creepy ways, but this time he’s taking it overseas, giving us a new target and some beautiful locations. When You first premiered on Netflix, it was a jarring experience for everyone. It showed people that anyone who seems so normal could be something entirely different underneath their baseball cap.
Every season of You saw Joe Goldberg hit a new low. The series kept getting darker, more people died, and the audiences were more alert of their surroundings, especially those living in the USA.
Maybe that’s when Joe decided to leave America and terrorize people from other countries. You Season 4 wasn’t confirmed for the longest time, but once it was, people simply couldn’t keep calm. So, here’s everything you need to know about You Season 4, from the plot to the cast, and much more:
Hello, You. Joe is back — but this time, please call him Professor Jonathan Moore. Careful Marienne… you never know who is lurking in London. Season 4 Part 1 premieres Feb 10, Part 2 premieres March 10. #TUDUM pic.twitter.com/xhToEyKolD

What Is The Plot of You Season 4?
The one thing fans are concerned about is the fact that how much more can the creators spin the same personality, similar crimes, and vulnerable women who fall for the charm of an attractive man? Maybe that’s why the creators figured it was time to up the ante and place Joe in a different location, out of his comfort zone, somewhere he doesn’t have a glass house where he can dump bodies.
After how season 3 ended, there was no way Joe could stick around in the US anyway, so he’s flown all the way to London, and he doesn’t go by the name Joe Goldberg anymore. Now, he’s Jonathan Moore. Yes, Joe did move to Paris at the end of season 3, but You Season 4 will showcase him starting over in London.
If you could imagine Joe, or well, Jonathan, in any profession, what would you pick? Maybe a librarian, but he’s also done something along those lines. Given his love for books, Joe has now dived into the world of academia, as Professor Jonathan Moore. As per interviews and some rumors floating about, You Season 4 will be slightly different from the previous seasons, but no matter how much the setting or characters, or names change, a psychopath remains a psychopath.
It would be fun to see Joe in therapy though, so let’s not rule that out. Some characters or names from his past might make an appearance, even if it’s briefly in Paris. We’ll have to wait and see!
The Cast of You Season 4
You would be incomplete without its in-house psychopath, Joe Goldberg. And no one can play this role as well as Penn Badgley. Badgley will be reprising his role as Joe Goldberg and his excitement for this role and series shines through his Instagram posts! Joining him will be Tati Gabrielle, who will be reprising her role as Marianne.
However, we are unsure of just how much screen time she will have in this show. We expect she won’t be the main target since they’re switching things up this season!
The other cast members who will be joining You Season 4 are all new to the series but seasoned television actors who will make the series even better. We have some popular names like Lukas Gage, Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman, Ed Speleers, Aidan Cheng, Ozioma Whenu, and many more who will be joining the cast in different capacities.
Undoubtedly, a series like You needs a bigger cast because Joe needs to murder at least a few people every season! So place your bets on who you think will make it out alive.
When and Where Can You Watch You Season 4?
This is the first time You is trying something new. The series will be divided into two parts, and we’re assuming the parts will be strung with the help of a cliffhanger. It will be interesting to see how this new technique pans out for You Season 4.
The first part will release on the 10th of February, 2023. The wait for the second part won’t be too long as part two of You Season 4 will be available to stream on the 10th of March, 2023, exactly a month later.
As always, the series will be exclusively available to stream only on Netflix. You can watch the first three seasons on Netflix as well, there’s enough to catch up or refresh your memory if needed!
Is There a Trailer for You Season 4?
Although we don’t have an official trailer yet, the date announcement for You Season 4 gives us a brief idea of what we can expect. Joe seems to have buried his past and moved across the pond.
This time around, he almost has far too many people in his life, including some very gorgeous women. Which one of them will be his obsession? Or will have multiple obsessions? We also see a glimpse of Marianne, and it will be interesting to see the role she plays in Joe’s, well, Jonathan’s life.
Conclusion
Year after year we have been getting more Joe Goldberg and his craziness, and the audience can’t seem to get enough. The tone of You Season 4 seems a little different from the previous seasons, so it will be interesting to see how the episodes progress.
Do let us know in the comments which cast member are you looking forward to the most!
