Chucky prepared to perform a ritual. He has made three sacrifices while the annual Halloween party is happening in the White House. He tries to attempt it but the power shortage and his falling from the chandelier, get him injured. As he attempts again to perform the ritual, it is seen that the doll becomes older than he was before.
Tiffany is in jail and receives a package of voodoo dolls; from one she tortures Evelyn and the other to hypnotize and runs away from jail.
