A Killer Paradox season 2 Coming?
This not-so-lovely K-Drama brought a darker side of mystery and suspense. the crime closely brings reality and necessity into a single frame. The series opened up on a gloomy note where a college student took drastic measures and overcame his trauma and constant bullying. With a detective coming into the picture, Tang was about to be caught but this brought a different version of Tang and Jang.
So with the rising popularity of the crime drama, should the season get renewed for a season 2?
In season 1, both Detective Jang and Tang faced a harsh reality that changed their lives. After watching the eight episodes long, fans would love to know more about the two. This type of crime K-drama has lifted the shadow of romance and love flowing in the air for K-lovers.
To be honest, this series does deserve a season 2 and so do the fans who are waiting for another chapter in Jang and Tang’s lives.
A young adult Lee Tang is living a boring life. Being a naive person, he tries to help the man, who hits him and asks him to mind his own business. He goes through a series of bullying and trauma in his teenage days and with full force, he hits the man with a hammer.
He immediately feels guilty and when an investigation happens, he comes out clean. The man he kills turns out to be a serial killer and a rapist. He again commits another murder and that too gets him out turning out to be a brat who killed her parents. Tang feels that this is god’s way of telling him that you killed someone who deserved to be dead long back.
He is satisfied with all his killings but then Detective Jang finds a loop in his doing. With another psychopathic killer on the loose, Jang races against time to investigate both his personal and professional vendetta. Towards the end, Lee tries to keep low but returns for something even more horrifying.
A lot of potential in season 1 has given rise to lots of hopes for a season 2. Detective Jang and Lee Tang have an unfinished business. Though Jang left him to do whatever he wanted with Lee’s return; a new murder mystery is on the hook.
Lee, coming back to South Korea gives a lot of hints of another crime coming soon. Will Detective Jang be back to stop him? Only time will tell. The season is available on Netflix.
Some unanswered questions are still hanging from the roof. So brace yourselves for another cat and mouse chase or should we say Jang and Tang’s chase.
