Emma Stone’s ‘Cruella’ became one of the most-liked live-action movies of 2021. The actress played a fashion assistant to a big designer later taking over the fashion gaze from her boss. The ‘Cruella’ actress depicted a good girl turned bad Estella who eventually becomes a fashion icon for many. As fans loved the first movie, they patiently waited for a sequel or a spin-off to see Emma back in ‘Cruella 2’
Is Emma Stone’s Cruella 2 Happening Soon?
Now the curtains have been pulled out. In the current times, at the premiere of the Palm Springs Intl. Film Festival many stars have graced their presence on the red carpet. Today Emma Stone spilled out some beans on the potential sequel. Variety asked the La La Land actress at the event about the buzz of ‘Cruella 2’ and she said that it’s a work in progress.
She said,” You tell me. Hopefully sooner, rather than later,” Stone explained. “There’s a work-in-progress kind of thing going on. Yeah, yeah. We’ll see… She’s a blast, so we’ll see.”
Emma Stone didn’t say anything about the movie but presumably, the sequel might have 101 Dalmatians like in the animation movie. Even Emma told a portal that she would love to return as Cruella.
